Agendas are available on the OPA Website and the School Office 72 hours in advance of each Regular Board Meeting and 24 hours before a Special Meeting. The OPA Board of Directors encourage community members to attend and participate in its business meetings whenever possible.

Closed Session Board business is typically conducted at 6:00 p.m. followed by Open Session business beginning at 7 p.m.


Until further notice, meetings will take place via teleconference pursuant to Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20. The Board of Directors and employees of Oxford Preparatory Academy shall meet via the Zoom meeting platform. All Board Meetings, Special Board Meetings, and Board Workshops are open to the public.
